Do you have to be a member to be married here? Lutheran?

A person does not need to be a member or a Lutheran to be married at Christ Lutheran Church.

How many people does the church hold?

Christ Lutheran Church can seat up to 300 + people.

Is there pre-marriage prep?

Yes. Those planning on being married at Christ Lutheran meet with a pastor to plan the ceremony and to strengthen the couple’s relationship.


Do you do private baptisms?

Only on rare occasions.

When do baptisms occur?

Typically on the first and third Sunday of the month.


Who provides lunch?

A coordinator from the Family Serving Groups will work with the family to help them determine the amount and type of food to purchase. The Funeral Serving Group also provides set-up, serving and clean-up. The Fellowship Hall seats up to 130 people.

A donation is given to the Family Serving Group

How do I become a member?

If you are already a member of a Lutheran church you can transfer your membership to Christ Lutheran by contacting the church office. If you are not Lutheran you can become a member by attending New Member Classes which are held periodically. For information on these classes please contact the church office at (306) 352 – 4832.

How do I rent the facilities?
